The Pearl Package
As a Wedding Planner, I will visit with you and get to know you. I will listen to your ideas and help you create what you imagine to be your perfect celebration. Here is what I do to achieve your dream:
- Listen to your ideas and dreams and create your vision
- Set and stay on budget
- Keep a timeline
- Advise you on etiquette, customs and traditions
- Recommend necessary suppliers, visit them and negotiate the best value
- Assist you with the selection of invitations and their wording
- Keeping track of the guest list
- Help you choose a venue and create a theme-appropriate decor
- If necessary, mediate planning meetings
- Create seating arrangements
- Confirm all vendors one week prior to event
- Manage and choreograph wedding rehearsal
- Coordinate, supervise and manage ceremony and reception
- Trouble shoot if necessary
- Provide emergency kit
- Stay to the end of the event to tie up loose ends and make sure everything is left the way it was found
- Manage final details after the wedding, such as return items to vendors and/or send dress in to be preserved
I will keep you organized and on schedule as well as take care of all the small details in order to keep you stress free and able to enjoy your engagement and wedding bliss.

The Silver Package
Do you need a couple hours of planning and service provider information to get you started or to make sure you are on the right track?
- We have a visit to plan your strategy
- time line is set
- names of reliable and qualified vendors is given
- advise is given on how to work most efficiently and productively
Your investment starts at $75.00 an hour
The Pink Package
Do you need me to coordinate and choreograph your rehearsal as well as manage and supervise your wedding day?
- We would visit 2 weeks prior to the event and discuss all details of your wedding
- Confirmation of all vendors one week prior to the event
- If need be, choreograph your rehearsal and help in any way that is needed
- Supervise and manage every detail of ceremony and reception
- Make sure bride and groom are as relaxed and comfortable
- Provide emergency kit
- Stay to the end of the event and tie up all loose ends with venue and vendors
Your investment will range from $800.00 to $1200.00. Please contact Alexandra for further details.

Business and Social Events
Have you been put in charge of organizing the big Christmas party or any other celebratory or business event?
- I will visit with you and discuss your ideas for your event.
Planning the event:
- Find appropriate venue and discuss all the details (contracts, decor, timeline, menus if applicable)
- Help create decor if necessary including center pieces.
- Visit vendors and discuss ideas and best prices (florist, caterer, linen provider, music, decor company etc.)
- and get agreements in place.
- Organize all vendors as to time and place
- Keep track of the budget
- Confirm all vendors one week before the event.
Coordinate the day of the event:
- Make sure everything is in the right place at the right time by keeping everyone on track. Trouble shooting if necessary.
- Stay to the end of the event to confirm that everything is in order.
- Tie up all loose ends by double checking that everything is returned to where it came from and writing a letter to all vendors thanking them for a job well done.
